Membership is by invitation only. We do so to ensure that all members are qualified and licensed to do the business that they have undertaken. That is because our cooperative is only as strong as its weakest link. There is no “buy in,” it is $1 in and $1 out with no long term commitment. This is meant to make starting or right sizing a business affordable! Give us 30 days notice and you may leave any time. That ensures that we are held to the highest level of service and that if a member has a change of circumstance they are never held hostage under contract (like executive suites).
Our pricing structure is comparable to an executive suite without the hidden costs. WINsm does not take ownership interest in the business. All services are charged on a flat monthly fee.
